3. Confidentialité des enfants (COPPA)

Dream Engine is designed for children and teens ages 8–16. Our privacy program is designed to support the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and we are working toward independently validated compliance through measures intended to protect children's data:

  • Verifiable Parental Consent: For users under the age of 13, we require verifiable parental consent before collecting any personal data. No account for a child under 13 is activated until consent is obtained.
  • No Sale or Sharing of Minors' Data: Dream Engine Kids LLC does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share personal data collected from minors (users under 18) with any third parties for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes.
  • No Behavioral Advertising: We do not serve behavioral or targeted advertising to any user, including children.
  • Measurement on Public Pages: On our public pages for parents and schools we use Google Analytics to see how the site is used, and Google Ads conversion measurement to see which of our ads bring visits, sign-ups and purchases. Both run with ad personalization and Google signals turned off, and no remarketing lists are built. They load only for signed-out visitors and school staff, and once when a payment is confirmed, to count the purchase. They never load for students, in child mode, inside the signed-in app, or on the pages students use to join (Join, Gateway, Chess, Junior Guide). The identifiers they use serve only this measurement, which supports our internal operations; they are not used to contact anyone, build profiles or target ads. Declining in the cookie banner, the opt-outs in Settings and Global Privacy Control turn them off.
  • Data Minimization: We collect only the minimum personal information necessary to provide the educational service.
  • Parental Access & Control: Parents and guardians can review, modify, or delete their child's personal information at any time through the Parent Dashboard or by contacting us at parents@dreamengine.ai.
  • Right to Revoke Consent: Parents may revoke consent at any time, which will result in the deactivation and deletion of the child's account.

For full details, see our COPPA Compliance page and Parental Consent Form.

5. Vos droits

Tu as le droit de :

  • Accéder à tes données personnelles
  • Corriger les informations inexactes
  • Supprimer ton compte et les données associées
  • Exporter tes données dans un format portable
  • Refuser certains traitements de données

To exercise your right to data export, deletion, or privacy controls, visit Settings → Compliance in your dashboard. Account deletion is immediate and permanent.
