Comms Array

The OS interface supports 8 major languages natively. Chat translation works independently of interface language.
Safety Protocols
AI Content Moderation
All AI generations (text, image, chat) pass through a multi-layer safety filter. Inappropriate content is blocked before it's generated.
Profanity Filtering
All user-generated content (display names, messages, prompts) passes through profanity filters. Inappropriate language is automatically blocked.
Privacy Controls
Toggle your profile visibility between "Public", "Friends Only", or "Private". Control who can send you messages or challenge you to games.
Reporting & Blocking
Encounter a bad actor? Use the Report button on any profile or message. Admins review reports instantly. You can also Block users to hide them completely.
Access Code System
New users require an access code to join, ensuring controlled onboarding. Codes can be single-use or group-specific, managed by administrators.
Parental Controls
Parents can control who contacts their child, what AI content is allowed, what emails they receive and what happens to their data.
What you can control
- Profile Visibility — Everyone, Friends Only or Private.
- Who Can Message Me — Everyone, Friends Only or Nobody.
- Show Online Status — on or off.
- AI Content Filter — Strict, Moderate or Off (Strict is recommended for young children).
- AI Features — turn AI generation and translation on or off.
- Email preferences — onboarding, weekly progress and achievement emails.
- Data — download your data or request account deletion.
Step by step
- Sign in to your child's account and open Settings from the account menu.
- Open the Privacy tab to set Profile Visibility, Who Can Message Me and Online Status.
- Open the AI tab and set the Content Filter to Strict.
- Open the Notifications tab to choose which progress emails you receive.
- Open the Compliance tab to download data or manage data requests.
- Review the Safety Overview page together with your child.
Every chat message, post and AI prompt is also screened automatically, and concerning content is blocked and reviewed by staff. Students in a school program are also supervised by their teacher or director.

Billing & Cancelling
Plans renew monthly. You can view, change or cancel your subscription at any time.
Step by step
- Open Settings and choose the Billing tab.
- Select Manage billing to open the secure billing portal.
- Update your card, download invoices, or choose Cancel plan.
- After cancelling, access continues until the end of the paid period. Your child's creations stay viewable in their library.
Creation credits (Dream tokens) power the creative tools. Extra credit packs are one-time purchases and are not subscriptions.

Account Deletion & Data Requests
Parents can review, download or delete their child's data at any time, and can withdraw consent.
Step by step
- Open Settings and choose the Compliance tab.
- Select Export My Data to download profile, creations and learning progress.
- Select Delete Account to permanently remove the account and its data. This cannot be undone.
- Cancel any active subscription in Billing first so you are not charged again.
- For correction requests or consent withdrawal, contact Support or see the Privacy notice.
School-managed accounts are controlled by the school; contact your school administrator for those requests.
